Wii Baseball Season 1 (Games 12-13)

Well, the season is technically over. Even though there isn't like a shiny graphic or anything sweet like an actual title, I got a Wii message in my Wii inbox that told me that I had defeated the Champion. So, the two games I played yesterday was defeating Sakura to win the "Championship" and then playing Sakura again to defend the "Championship."

One of the bad parts of this game is that after you get to a certain level, there isn't any more competition. Its just you vs Sakura over and over again. I think the overall goal is to get 2000 points. But, I haven't actually tried to do that yet. I have played about 20 games with my Garvin-mii and I'm still at 1700. It just goes real slow after you defeat Sakura.

But, here is the latest stat sheet:

Things to note: Jenny continues to lead in RBIs. However, C. Norris hit 3 HRs in the last 2 games, so he now holds the homerun lead, which really isn't fair to measure, since he had about 15 more at bats then everyone else.

I will probably play a few more games just to bump up my stats a bit more. However, I think for season two, I'm going to delete a bunch of people - or at least figure out how to make it so they don't show up in my games. I think that could be turned off with the "mingle" feature. We'll see. But, it was real annoying to have 2-3 people only playing 1-2 games. I don't know. We'll see.
